Booking

———————————————————————————————————————————

All rooms must be booked through our travel advisor, Heather Hunker, who can be contacted at h.hunker@mmvagent.com or 419-618-5528. Email is best. There is no additional fee to book your room through her, but it is imperative that everyone does, so you are allocated as part of our wedding group, and you are all receiving the same instructions, perks, destination information, and level of service throughout the process.

Only guests staying at Sandals South Coast are guaranteed access to the ceremony per resort regulations.

Sandals South Coast requires a 3 night minimum stay. Please be prepared to give Heather your desired dates of travel when emailing her. Are you part of Sandals Select Rewards? If so, please give Heather your SSR number to attach to your booking.

Airfare will not be included in the initial room packages, but ground transportation will. Airfare can either be purchased by individual wedding guests, or Heather can book that separately for those guests needing assistance, for an additional fee. More information and tips on booking airfare will be provided in your room confirmation email after submitting your deposit.

Deposits will be $400 and are fully-refundable until final payment, which will be due before February 28, 2025. (Select rooms such as the overwater bungalows and butler rondovals may require a higher, nonrefundable deposit due to high demand.)

Sandals requires all rooms to have double occupancy. Occasionally, they will approve a single-occupancy guest if they are participating in an event, such as a wedding, however permission from the resort must be granted (Heather will handle this) AND the room will still be charged at the double-occupant rate. All rooms have king beds. Please contact Heather ASAP while inventory lasts!

Passports

———————————————————————————————————————————

All travelers must have valid U.S. Passport booklets (not cards) for air travel to/from your destination. Passports must be valid for 6 months from the return date of travel. (Example: If you are traveling March 10-17, 2025. Your passport should not expire before September 17, 2025.) It is each traveler’s sole responsibility to make sure he/she is traveling with the correct form of identification. Links were included on the agency payment form you recently submitted that take you to the government passport page. When filling out the agency payment form, you have agreed that you have read this information and understand that it is your responsibility to have the appropriate documentation for travel to your destination. Neither the travel agent/agency, nor airline/resort/supplier/tour operator will be held responsible for incorrect or expired identification/passports resulting in denial of boarding/arrival/departure or loss of funds.

Passports must be in mint condition with no signs of wear and tear, bite marks, missing/torn pages, or other signs of damage. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html for more details on checking passport validity and/or applying for or renewing your passport.
